CIOPINNO = SEAFOOD STEW = SEAFOOD SOUP?
“Cioppino” is traditionally made from the catch of the day, which is typically a combination of crab, clams, shrimp, scallops, squid, mussels and fish. The seafood is then combined with fresh tomatoes in a wine sauce.
We take our core value of having fun very seriously.
So we headed to OUE Social Kitchen, which ‘promises to revolutionise the way people cook and dine’ to have some fun over
food (the universal language that brings people together).
We’re sales people, not chefs.
But when you put sales men/women in a kitchen, you can bet we will try to out-do one another.
Some of us even charmed our way into getting secret ingredients, hidden crockery, and tips on how to get the best dish at the end.
Although everyone had the same recipe, ingredients, and instructions.
Each table produced dishes that tasted slightly different from the next (all edible and tasty, I checked)!
Similarly in our daily life:
2 people in the same situation, may react in different ways.
So remember not to be quick to judge! There is no wrong recipe, just your own version (as long as no one goes home with a tummy ache).
