What started out as just a handful of us meeting at a place called Plonk every week, evolved and grew to our recent event of close to 200 participants with special guests flying in from Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, & Thailand!
As the organisation started growing exponentially after getting back on our feet post pandemic, everyone became more busy with their own trainings and meetings. We wanted to set a pattern to ensure we continue fostering unity, and offer various teams the chance to connect and gain knowledge from each other.
As compared to our previous PLONK chillouts, the team were treated with a workshop where our overseas guests did a quick sharing with them!
To make the most out of their PLONK chillouts, everyone is encouraged to actively connect and learn from not just the special guests, but also those they may not typically interact with during working hours.
These opportunities are created to enable the attendees to broaden their perspectives and gain insights from others, which ideally would help them discover fresh approaches to common challenges.
